At least 27 customer sites were identified by matching signed registers to sales accounts. This counts customer sites, not individual delegates.

From the venue build to a room of delegates, the recap follows the summit taking shape.

Exhibitor spaces, delegate materials, stage graphics and the programme come together in one environment. My role connected the planning and creative production with the team delivering the event.

Visual overview of the film

The opening introduces the summit and shows the venue and exhibition area being prepared. Delegate materials and completed stands follow. From around 1:00, delegates gather for presentations; the remaining footage includes speakers, product demonstrations, a panel discussion and conversations around the exhibition area. Music accompanies the montage.

Start with the right people.

I planned, prepared and delivered UNITE 2026 for Jehu Industries, connecting the audience, programme, partners and creative production.

The hospital group proposal positioned the summit where clinical practice meets purchasing decisions. The intention was to create focused discussion around antimicrobial resistance, surgical site infections, medical devices and wound care, with time for knowledge exchange and professional relationships.

Clinical insight

The audience brief prioritised infection control leaders and pharmacy managers responsible for clinical risk, stewardship and product evaluation.

Purchasing decisions

Surgical, ethical and theatre buyers were a priority audience because they evaluate and select healthcare products and supplies.

Frontline practice

Hospital matrons and senior nursing leaders connected the audience brief to nursing practice, infection prevention standards and frontline product use.

Turn the proposal into a plan.

The hospital group proposal gave the project a clear audience and purpose. Its emphasis on focused engagement shaped the invitation, programme, partner communication and the choice of a residential setting.

Keeping delegates in one setting connected the conference, accommodation and networking. As venue and date requirements changed, I updated the communications with management and sales colleagues and carried those decisions into the next stage of preparation.

The conference sessions ran on 25 to 27 June; the proposal’s 24 to 28 June dates include delegate arrival and departure.

Manage the connections, from concept to delivery.

Budget preparation involved comparing venue options and mapping the cost of the wider delegate journey, including accommodation, flights, ground transport and décor. As the venue and dates changed, the preparation moved with them.

I coordinated supplier requirements and final orders, connecting cost planning with room allocations, printed materials and the event environment. The final preparation covered delegate lists by stop, vehicle and driver allocations, the conference room map, print amendments and the final truck checklist. The exhibitor guide below shows the public facing part of this coordination: stand allocations, access, power and setup information.

  1. February 2026

    Define the audience

Developed the interest survey with management input and shaped communication around hospital decision makers and their clinical and procurement responsibilities.

  2. March 2026

    Align the programme and partners

Updated the management authored proposal as the venue and dates evolved. The final plan connected the three day conference with the wider arrival, accommodation and departure arrangements.

  3. April to May 2026

    Coordinate the practical requirements

Brought together delegate details, transport and accommodation requirements, exhibitor allocations, supplier specifications, printing and creative approvals. Revised AV specifications connected staging, screens, sound and lighting to the programme.

  4. May to June 2026

    Prepare the event for production

Moved the agenda, environmental graphics and ambassador pin through approval. Exhibitor briefs set out access, loading, power and setup arrangements; programme notes connected speakers, presentations and screen cues.

  5. 25 to 27 June 2026

Carry the plan into the room

Led the summit’s execution with colleagues and partners, bringing the conference, exhibition activity and closing gala together. Delegate travel arrangements framed the event with arrival on 24 June and departure on 28 June.

Design each touchpoint around its job.

The navy and aqua identity connected the summit’s materials. Large environmental graphics established the event in the room; the agenda helped delegates navigate the programme; the ambassador pin translated the theme into a small, recognisable object. The delegate folder carries the same identity across its exterior and interior spreads.

I designed the approved conference branding, agenda and ambassador pin artwork. My event leadership also coordinated supporting contributions from the wider team, alongside suppliers and approval stakeholders.

Ambassador pin cards

Translate the theme across scales.

Two card treatments bring the SSI Ambassador, UNITE and AMR Champion badges into the same visual family. Presented as artwork variants, not as proof that both were produced.

Artwork and planning documents are shown as process evidence. Venue reference images are credited to the venue and are not presented as photographs of the delivered summit.

Bring the programme into the room.

The recap connects the preparation with the delivered setting: exhibitors in place, delegates gathered and the stage in use. These two moments show the transition from setup to an active summit.

Carry the value beyond the conference.

Signed attendance records connect the summit to identifiable customer sites, giving the programme a clearer basis for customer follow-up and commercial reporting.

The team produced recap carries the event beyond the room, documenting the programme and the environment we delivered.

Part of the wider event programme

UNITE is included in the 2026 customer performance analysis. Programme sales growth is reported across all matched event linked customers and is not attributed to this summit alone.
