Carton dimensions from the supplied artwork: 103 × 112 × 52 mm. Closed carton study with simplified closure flaps.

One identity, two levels of information.

The carton needs to be recognisable in storage. The individual pouch needs to remain clear when it is separated from the box.

The 2026 design connects both formats through a navy and white palette, a prominent product name and consistent size identification. The carton holds 200 pads; the pouch carries its own product identity, handling illustrations and information panel.

Make the product easy to identify

The large product name leads the hierarchy. The alcohol concentration sits directly below it, followed by pad size and pack quantity.

Scale the system to the pouch

The pouch keeps the same navy framing and typography. Three small handling illustrations introduce a visual sequence within the smaller format.

Separate selection from detail

The main display panel prioritises recognition. Drug facts, distributor information and traceability fields move to dedicated panels with a separate reading order.

Keep the pouch recognisable on its own.

The navy framing creates continuity while the content changes with the format. The pouch says “pad” and uses handling illustrations; the carton says “pads” and adds the 200 pack quantity. The layout treats those differences as part of the information system.

Make the production decisions visible.

Panel planning

The supplied carton artwork specifies 103 × 112 × 52 mm. Separate front, rear, side and closure areas show how the design moves around the pack.

Small format legibility

The pouch artwork specifies a 50 × 50 mm format. The reverse gives headings stronger weight and groups warnings, directions and traceability information.

Production review

A final print check should verify fine text, barcode readability, folds, colour and approved product information at actual size. The supplied artwork is the evidence shown here; the model illustrates its form.

The case study describes decisions visible in the supplied artwork. The 3D presentation is a portfolio reconstruction, not a photograph of a manufactured pack.
